Maps with no NPC at all

Atlans, Tarkan, Icarus, Land of Trials, Raklion, Swamp of Calmness, Karutan 2, Kanturu 1 and Refuge have no warehouse and no shop. Go stocked up — leaving there to buy potions costs the whole trip.
