Two different sources, on purpose. The checks come from UptimeRobot, outside our infrastructure — they still work when our servers are down, which is exactly when this page matters. The player counts come from our own server, so they go quiet during an outage. If the checks are green and you still cannot connect, the problem is between you and us: your connection, your DNS or your provider.
